12.4 Class Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND JSHU REPORT Research Institute EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
12.5 Time Limitation
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it will be forever barred.
